Mr Diwan has been in the Food and Beverage Industry for 30 years now, since the 1990s in India, after which he moved on to take an opportunity to explore the F&B industry in Thailand and Hong Kong in 1999 and 2003 respectively. Having understood the advantages and disadvantages of both the environments, he decided to establish himself in Hong Kong in 2003. This has proven to be a life-changing decision for his career.
