From humble beginnings, starting with just a small 38 seat restaurant in the heart of Hong Kong, Causeway Bay 2009 and through his sheer passion and determination, his culinary vision has always been to serve the very best in Different Cuisine Food. His ethos has always been "anything is possible - it's just the case of how bad you want it".


With over 22 years of experience, Chopra Amit is today the proud CEO of Apple Hospitality Limited using his own creative flair. Mr. Chopra Amit personally designed to create a stylish inviting atmosphere and to invoke the warmth and vibrancy of different cuisines on offer.


Mr. Chopra Amit's Charismatic and Flamboyant personality and insatiable appetite for identifying the latest trends has meant that Apple Hospitality Limited is continuously evolving to deliver the very best to its customers.


On a personal level, Chopra Amit is passionate about life and living every minute to the fullest. His hands-on approach means that Chopra Amit strongly believes in giving back to the community. It was 2011 when Apple Hospitality Group Founder, Mr. Chopra Amit, opened his first western food restaurant (serves: Pizza, Pasta, Ribs, Grills, Steak, Desert, Salad, Rissoto, Wine) in Tin Hau. He quickly realized there was an opportunity to introduce a distinct variety of Tasty Italian, western and Asian dishes as a unique alternative . His goal was not to make money in Food and Beverage but rather to serve delicious food for dine in guest and for Take away / Delivery in reasonable price. He started with little savings and lots of dreams. Based on hard work, sacrifice, and innovation, he quickly set his own standard for the industry in pursuit of success.
